This position is **operational and technical**, not exclusively creative. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the **production of advertising signage** (dimensional letters, light boxes, illuminated signs, wayfinding signage). * Interpret and adjust **measurements, scales, blueprints, and component drawings** for manufacturing. * Supervise **cutting, printing, assembly, lighting, and finishing** processes. * Support the operations team using **graphic design software** (for technical adjustments only, not creative design). * Coordinate and, when required, support **field installations**. * Verify quality, final measurements, and proper functioning of lighting systems. * Optimize production timelines, materials, and processes. * Facilitate communication among design, production, and installation teams. **Required Knowledge and Experience** * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in advertising signage production. * Knowledge of: * Handling **real measurements, scales, and technical blueprints**. * Manufacturing of **signage, dimensional letters, light boxes, and LED lighting**. * **Installation processes** (indoor and outdoor). * Intermediate proficiency in software such as: * **Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Photoshop** * Technical usage (adjustments, assembly, component drawings, scaling). * Basic knowledge of materials: * Acrylic, aluminum, Alucobond, vinyls, LED lighting. * Prior experience reading architectural or technical blueprints is desirable. **Key Skills** * Technical and practical thinking. * Operational organization and leadership. * Attention to detail and precision in measurements. * Ability to solve problems arising during production and installation. * Strong communication skills within work teams. **Additional Assets** * Experience in architectural or corporate wayfinding signage. * Basic electrical knowledge for LED lighting.
