Job Summary: We are seeking a technician/technologist for data analysis, report generation, and dispatch information and georeferencing management in transportation operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data analysis and generation of key operational reports. 2. Dispatch information management and georeferencing. 3. Collaboration in resolving operational anomalies. Requirements: Education: Technician or Technologist degree in Systems, Logistics, or Administrative Management. Experience: 1 year in related positions. Knowledge: Proficiency in office tools, Power BI, KPI management, and data analysis. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: - Timely verification that all dispatch sheets for each route reach the company for organization, processing, analysis, and archiving, thereby ensuring timely delivery of information by entering trip details, passenger numbers, and other data recorded on these dispatch sheets resulting from transportation operations. - Timely preparation of technical reports to initiate disciplinary processes, documenting identified anomalies and forwarding them to the respective area manager or designated personnel. - Analyze, cross-check, validate, and submit to the Control Department the passenger movement data recorded on dispatch sheets, aligned with the fleet management and control system. - Create a daily archive using georeferencing data generated by the fleet management and control system. - Generate georeferencing reports on the platform according to specific analyses or requests made to the department for internal development or for other company departments. - Maintain communication with personnel from the Operations Control Department to resolve anomalies and pending items. - Timely generation of daily management reports defined for this position.
