




1. Supervise security positions and personnel to ensure proper compliance with G4S and client service standards and policies. 2. Conduct risk analyses covering Facilities, Processes, and Infrastructure. 3. Assess operational staff knowledge of general and specific instructions, as well as their responsibilities and roles in risk mitigation and emergency response plans. 4. Audit and verify that services are delivered in accordance with agreed operational quality commitments. 5. Regularly review existing operational systems, recommending improvements to enhance overall security; additionally, regularly report findings to the Management Committee. 6. Submit and process staffing, logistics, scheduling, and administrative requirements for contract execution to the respective Regional departments, maintaining documented evidence of management and follow-up. 7. Monitor and supervise reaction agents’ activities to ensure compliance with project commitments.
