You will strengthen CI/CD, monitoring, and secure\-by\-design practices while leading major initiatives—apply now. **Responsibilities** * Architect and deliver end\-to\-end applications, AI agents, and platform modules for rapid GenAI agent creation, assessment, and launch * Engineer tooling, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring capabilities, including evaluation frameworks, canary deployments, rollback strategies, and performance tracking * Incorporate secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first methods such as risk analysis and access minimization * Work with product owners, UX specialists, and subject matter experts to build user\-centric solutions with tangible impact * Employ LLM methods such as retrieval\-augmented generation, retrieval, routing, tool integration, and evaluation to improve dependability, safety and trust, speed decisions, and reduce operating costs * Guide architecture, mentor the team, and contribute hands\-on to major initiatives **Requirements** * At least 7 years of hands\-on experience in software engineering roles * Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role guiding and managing developer teams * Proven delivery of 2\-3 efforts covering system design and architecture from the ground up * Ability to execute independently or contribute strongly within compact, fast\-paced teams * Experience moving AI agents from concept to live deployment, including safety reviews, A/B testing experimentation, and continuous iteration * Proficiency with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases or RAG frameworks, and OpenSearch * Experience with ML fundamentals including model training, deployment, and ongoing oversight * Understanding of compliance needs such as SOC2 and HIPAA * Strong analytical thinking, high ownership, and collaborative communication skills * Advanced full\-stack development skills and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments * Expertise in CI/CD methodologies and Infrastructure as Code * Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering concepts * Background in quality assurance and testing methodologies * Awareness of secure development lifecycle and privacy\-first approaches * Proficiency in TypeScript * Proficient English, written and spoken, at B2\+ (Upper\-Intermediate) level or higher **Nice to have** * Insight into large language models, including limitations and failure scenarios * Experience with advanced techniques like fine\-tuning and adapting models
