About the team: About the role: Role Responsibilities: Experience / skills required:* To execute a range of order lifecycle tasks from order receipt, through order entry to delivery / returns / refusals management following global standards, processes and internal controls using the appropriate systems. * provide support for other cash cycle functions and processing activities (billing, clearing, customer spend processing) * Build strong relationship with customers, sales and logistics functions and demonstrate a customer/solution focus in order to understand requirements and ensure a joined\-up delivery of required service outcomes with the Market. * Ensure Timely handling of incoming and ensure that queries are resolved in line with the relevant Service Level Agreement. * Ensure service requests /issues not resolved are managed in accordance with the issue resolution policy.
