You will build and launch AI agents and platform features, strengthen testing, safety validation, and compliance alignment, and improve CI/CD automation and reliability practices. Apply now to help drive high\-impact agent deployments across essential domains **Responsibilities** * Create and release complete applications, AI agents, and platform features that support rapid GenAI agent development, validation, and delivery * Optimize developer tooling, CI/CD workflows, and observability, including evaluation utilities, canary testing, rollback options, and tracking cost and quality metrics * Execute secure software development lifecycle practices and privacy\-first work by conducting threat assessments and applying least privilege principles * Work with product leads, UX professionals, and domain specialists to produce solutions aligned to user needs and measurable outcomes * Leverage advanced LLM techniques such as retrieval\-augmented generation, smart routing, tool integration, and evaluation to improve reliability, reduce decision latency, increase trust and safety, and lower operational costs * Mentor and influence technical direction by guiding architecture decisions and overseeing key projects **Requirements** * 3 years of experience in software engineering roles (minimum) * Evidence of successfully delivering software products independently or in small, agile teams * Hands\-on experience bringing AI agents from idea to deployment, including safety validation, iterative testing like A/B experiments, and ongoing optimization * Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph, MCP, vector databases, and OpenSearch * Working experience with machine learning workflows such as training, deployment, and monitoring * Understanding of regulatory standards including SOC2 and HIPAA * Strong problem\-solving capability, ownership, and cross\-team communication skills * Advanced full\-stack engineering experience and exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Experience with CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code practices * Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices and operational discipline * Experience applying quality assurance approaches and testing strategies * Understanding of secure development lifecycle and privacy\-centric design principles * TypeScript proficiency * Advanced English communication skills at B2\+ level (written and spoken) **Nice to have** * Knowledge of large language model architecture, typical failure modes, and techniques like fine\-tuning and model adaptation * Experience implementing Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
