This role ensures the stability, performance, and scalability of the EBX environment while delivering enhancements and integrations through Java\-based development. Key Responsibilities: * Administer and maintain the EBX platform, including environment setup, configuration, upgrades, and performance monitoring. * Develop and enhance EBX application and workflows using Java. * Collaborate with data stewards and business teams to define and implement MDM rules, governance standards, and data stewardship workflows. * Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, extraction, and reporting needs. * Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues in coordination with infrastructure and database teams. * Maintain documentation for configurations, data models, interfaces, and operational procedures. *SKILLS* * Strong hands\-on experience with **TIBCO EBX** (administration, configuration, customization, and development) * Solid **Java** development skills for extending EBX applications, workflows, and integrations * Good understanding of **Master Data Management (MDM)** concepts, including data governance, data quality, and data stewardship * Experience designing and implementing **EBX data models**, business rules, and workflows * Proficiency in **SQL** for data validation, querying, reporting, and troubleshooting * Experience integrating EBX with external systems using APIs, services, or batch interfaces * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve **application, performance, and data\-related issues** * Familiarity with **environment management** (DEV/QA/PROD), deployments, and upgrades * Experience working with **cross\-functional teams** (data stewards, business users, architects, infrastructure teams) * Strong documentation skills for configurations, data models, and operational processes Your personal recruiter ###### **Valentina Brysina**
