This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, technical expertise, and impact, producing compelling content for YouTube, social media, and live events that inspires kindness and embodies our organisational values. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Creative Direction \& Storytelling** + Develop audience\-centric storytelling concepts and storyboards for long\- and short\-form video projects. + Translate real\-life stories and organisational values into compelling visual narratives with consistent tone and style. * **Video Production \& Direction** + Direct and execute all aspects of video production, including idea, filming, lighting, sound, and post\-production editing. + Ensure production quality, pacing, and storytelling intent are maintained across all projects. * **Digital \& YouTube Content Development** + Support content strategy and production for the new YouTube channel and related digital platforms. + Apply audience insights and performance data to refine storytelling approaches and formats. * **Cross\-Section \& Stakeholder Collaboration** + Work closely with internal teams and external partners to produce aligned, public\-facing video content. + Ensure all content meets editorial, branding, and communication objectives. * **Live \& Event Production Support** + Support live shows, livestreams, and major events with camera direction, technical coordination, and on\-site execution. * **Governance, Compliance \& Quality Assurance** + Ensure all content complies with PDPA, copyright, and organisational standards. + Maintain proper documentation and archival handover of footage. ### **Qualifications** * Diploma or Degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in video production, with proven experience in directing or creative roles (portfolio required). * Solid understanding of visual storytelling, shot composition, lighting, sound, post\-production workflows, and editorial decision\-making. * Hands\-on experience with professional video equipment and editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve). * Ability to manage multiple tasks with care and responsibility, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timelines. * Experience producing content for YouTube or digital\-first platforms. * Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential (spoken and written). * Willingness to work outside office hours occasionally, with time\-off provided as compensation. ### **From Passion to Compassion** **With over 30 years of supporting the community, Tzu\-Chi Foundation (Singapore) is dedicated to uplifting lives through various services that make a positive difference.
