As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for caregivers of our clients in the U.S., ensuring efficient scheduling. Your main responsibilities will be: \- Review caregivers' preferred schedules \- Identify available shifts with clients \- Assign shifts according to client needs and caregiver preferences \- Optimize caregiver scheduling and earnings Profile we are looking for: \- Education: High school diploma \- Experience: 1 year in BPO or call center \- Language: Fluent English (minimum level B2, certified or verifiable) What do we offer? \- Contract: Indefinite term \- Schedule: On-site work covering U.S. hours, Monday through Sunday with rotating shifts, including at least one weekend day ??
