




A food sector company operating in correctional facilities requires a FOOD ENGINEER for its team—BOGOTÁ—to fulfill the following profile: Functions 1. Coordinate activities required for the proper delivery of each meal ration in the food supply service provided to correctional institutions. 2. Oversee procurement of food items or raw materials necessary for the appropriate execution of processes, in accordance with specifications established by USPEC. 3. Design and share with the work team the tools required for monitoring and controlling the quantity, timeliness, and quality needed in process execution. 4. Monitor the team’s performance in carrying out assigned tasks to ensure proper operations in compliance with USPEC requirements. 5. Receive visits from Oversight and/or Supervision entities. 6. Lead and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders involved in operational execution to implement necessary actions for successful service delivery.
