This role will play a key part in bridging data and business decisions, working closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to drive company performance through actionable insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Translate business questions into analytical hypotheses and structured analysis plans. * Establish the foundation for analytics and data processes within the company. * Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Apache **Superset** to support data\-driven decision\-making. If you know **PowerBI, Tableau, Looker**, it is considerable. * Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using **SQL**. * Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non\-technical audiences. * Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a **robust and reliable data infrastructure**. **Requirements** * **4\+ years of experience** in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar technical roles. * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to structure analysis with a business\-oriented mindset. * Advanced proficiency in **SQL** for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation. * Experience building actionable dashboards with tools like **Superset.** * Familiarity with **AWS, PowerQuery, Python, DevOps, and databases** (DDBB). * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * **English level:** B1–B2 (intermediate to upper\-intermediate). **Preferred Background** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science**, or a related technical field. * Passion for data, experimentation, and evidence\-based growth. * Balance between rigorous technical thinking and practical business insight. **What We Offer** * 100% remote work * Flexible hours * Diverse and multicultural environment. * Innovative and growth\-driven culture. * Competitive compensation package. * Grow at the pace of your learning curve.
