Job Summary: We are seeking a mini backhoe operator to perform excavation tasks, move materials, and maintain equipment according to specifications and safety regulations. Key Points: 1. Operate mini backhoe while complying with safety regulations 2. Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment 3. No formal academic training required Company located in Sonsón is looking for personnel with a minimum of 12 months’ experience to fill the position of mini backhoe operator. · Academic qualification: No academic qualification required. · Specific responsibilities: -Perform ground excavation in accordance with project specifications. -Move and place soil, rocks, and other materials for site preparation. -Operate the mini backhoe while complying with safety regulations and using personal protective equipment. -Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment. -Check oil levels, fluids, filters, and key components essential for machinery operation. · Required knowledge: -License to operate backhoe machinery. -Basic understanding of mini backhoe excavator operation. · Salary: COP 2,600,000 + social benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Contract type: Permanent.
