Handle the company's internal and external service requests to ensure the operation of distribution systems; identify potential anomalies during field visits; address facility incidents and/or users' technical advisory requests. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing service orders for suspension and/or reconnection issued by the Billing and Periodic Review processes. Managing consumption deviation requests (high or low consumption) issued by the Billing process within established timeframes. Managing SIAS and/or PQR service requests. What are we looking for in you? High school diploma. Residence in La Dorada. Minimum one (1) year of experience related to maintenance and construction work, or in operations and maintenance areas.
