What will you do daily? * Understand, comply with, and apply the Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, standards, and procedures to support achievement of the Company’s objectives and targets. * Report unsafe acts and conditions, incidents, accidents, and nonconformities; support root cause analysis and implement resulting controls. * Understand, apply, promote, and disseminate IMS policies to support compliance with the Company’s objectives and targets, applicable regulations, legal requirements, and other management system requirements. * Lead the investigation and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and nonconformities, actively participating in defining controls and monitoring their effectiveness. * Coordinate investigations of accidents and incidents occurring within your area of responsibility and execute defined action plans, ensuring dissemination of lessons learned. * Identify occupational health and safety risks and environmental aspects associated with your area’s activities or processes, encouraging subordinates to promptly report any unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and accidents. * Promote, review, and ensure implementation of standards and procedures, as well as proper completion of supporting records for integrated management. * Understand, apply, and promote emergency and contingency plans, ensuring execution of planned actions, mitigation of consequences, and resumption of operations. * Actively participate in and encourage subordinate participation in activities defined under management programs. * Ensure achievement of performance measurement results for your process, analyze such results, and define improvement actions. * Implement Ecopetrol’s Integrated Policy within the contract and ensure full compliance by all personnel under your supervision. * Ensure achievement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) indicators and lead implementation of improvement actions related to them. * Secure necessary resources to achieve contract-defined targets. * Ensure implementation of preventive health and hygiene programs and OSH strategies to control accidents and absenteeism. **Requirements** -------------- What will make you successful in this role? * Degree in Nursing. * Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health. * Certification for Working at Heights and Coordinator for Working at Heights. * Training required for the position, as defined in the Training Matrix. * 50-hour and/or 20-hour course in Occupational Safety and Health. * License in Occupational Health. * Proficiency in office software tools and valid C1 driver’s license (mandatory). * Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in the role, within hydrocarbon companies.
