This is your opportunity to lead a strategic initiative with impact! **Purpose of the Role** Lead the implementation, development, and **centralization of payroll software**, ensuring correct system technical configuration, data integrity, payment continuity, and regulatory compliance. This role will be pivotal as a bridge between **business (HR / Payroll)** and **technology (IT / ERP)**. **Target Profile** We seek a senior professional who: ✔ Has actively participated in **payroll software implementation projects**. ✔ Has experience in **payroll centralization or migration**. ✔ Understands both the **system’s technical logic** and **payroll processes**. **Key Responsibilities** ✅ Lead the technical implementation of payroll software. ✅ Coordinate payroll process migration. ✅ Configure, parameterize, and validate payroll rules within the system. ✅ Lead technical and functional testing. ✅ Ensure data integrity, interfaces, and reported information. ✅ Coordinate software vendors, external consultants, and internal IT and HR teams. **Required Technical Knowledge** Proven experience with payroll systems: * SAP Payroll / SAP HCM / SuccessFactors EC Payroll, SIGO, Novasoft, Meta4, ADP, Oracle HCM
