Position Conditions: - Salary: COP $2,200,000 monthly + transportation allowance + statutory benefits - Contract: Indefinite-term (job stability). - Work model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the Bogotá office). - Organizational culture of high performance and human-centered values. - Birthday leave day. Your primary challenge: Ensure our customers receive prompt and effective solutions to their requirements regarding our platform, guaranteeing compliance with service-level indicators. What will you do with us? - Provide first-level support via phone and chat. - Resolve software operation requests quickly and in a user-friendly manner. - Accurately manage and document the ticket lifecycle. - Escalate complex cases following established protocols. - Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). What are we looking for? Professional or technical graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems, IT, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Desks (Service Desk) or Level 1 support. Must reside in Bogotá or the Metropolitan Area.
