Position Summary: We are seeking a professional in architecture or budget engineering for a company specializing in interior fitting and renovation, with responsibilities including cost preparation and control, tendering, and site visits. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing and controlling project budgets 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D 3. Development of tenders and requests for quotations An architectural fitting and renovation company requires a professional in architecture or budget engineering, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and knowledge in: **Responsibilities:** \- Preparation of budgets \- Knowledge and application of quantity takeoff calculations. \- Analysis and updating of unit price analyses (UPA). \- Review of contractors’ cut-offs and settlements. \- Cost control management. \- Projection of contract settlements. \- Preparation of tenders \- Requests for quotations for materials, labor, and equipment. \- Site visits \- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D \- Familiarity with and maintenance of the Solumel database **Requirements:** \- Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect \- AutoCAD training course \- More than 5 years of experience. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM\-4:00 PM **Salary Range:** $3\.000\.000 \+ statutory benefits **Contract Type:** Fixed-term for 6 months; renewal subject to performance (job stability provided) **Location:** Bogotá.
