As a Talent Attraction Analyst, you will play a key role in human talent management, responsible for developing competency-based selection processes—from job profile definition through test administration and interpretation to report generation. Job Requirements: Psychology graduate with a valid professional license. Minimum 2 years of experience in selection and recruitment processes. Knowledge of: Administration, interpretation, and analysis of psychometric tests. Competency-based interviews and preparation of psycholaboral reports. Recruitment platforms and ATS software. Sourcing techniques, effective filtering, and job posting strategies. Effective communication, persuasion, and corporate image management skills. Analytical ability, strategic mindset, and collaborative work orientation.
