Position Objective Technical professional, technologist, or Systems Engineering student (or related field), responsible for ensuring software operational continuity through timely incident handling, diagnosis and resolution of faults in Windows and Linux environments, execution of database queries (PostgreSQL and SQL Server), and end-user training. Responsibilities Manage, diagnose, and resolve user incidents and requests Execute database queries for case analysis and resolution Provide technical support in Windows and Linux environments Train users on tool usage Ensure application operational continuity Employment Conditions Contract Type: Indefinite Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. / Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Technological Program Years of experience Keywords: analyst, support, apoyo, soporte
