Main Responsibilities: - Provide customer assistance and support regarding the use of accounting software. - Conduct customized virtual training sessions. - Address user inquiries clearly, efficiently, and courteously. - Follow up with customers and support implementation processes. - Ensure a positive and approachable experience for each user. Requirements: - Degree in Public Accounting. - No prior work experience required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proactive attitude and service orientation. - Commitment to continuous learning. - Stable internet connection and suitable space for remote work. - Responsible and confidential handling of information.
