If you’re passionate about challenges, this is where you can make a difference. · What awaits you in this role 1. Create follow-ups in (Leads). 2. Make calls to prospects generated by marketing or as automatic leads. 3. Profile leads received via inbound calls or automatic lead generation, then transfer them to the corresponding sales advisor. 4. Correct misclassified follow-ups in Siigo and on external forms. 5. Transfer calls to different departments based on customer and/or prospect needs. 6. Perform all other duties assigned by your immediate leader that align with the nature of this position. · What we need from you - You hold a certified high school diploma. - You have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Centers, and/or Collections. - You possess basic proficiency in office tools.
