Leadership of teams using agile methodologies We are looking for a Scrum Master – Software Developer to join a multinational company focused on digital transformation and business process optimization. The selected candidate will support technology projects for Colombia, participating in process elicitation and modeling, internal user support, project coordination, and leadership of teams using agile methodologies. The purpose of this position is to design, develop, and implement software solutions aimed at continuous improvement and process automation using BPMN and RPA tools, ensuring efficiency and quality in assigned projects. We require a proactive individual with analytical ability, leadership skills, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset, who is interested in professional growth and participation in innovative projects. -Requirements- Minimum education: University Degree / Professional Program 2 years of experience
