Location Bogotá D.C. Working Hours Monday to Saturday Required Profile We seek a proactive, responsible, service-oriented individual capable of delivering technical and operational support across the company’s various processes. Requirements * Technician or Professional in Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Prior experience in technical support or help desk roles is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Provide technical support to internal users and customers. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communications incidents. * Install, configure, and maintain technological equipment. * Manage support requests and tickets. * Prepare technical reports and documentation. * Support various projects and activities within the support department.
