A prominent construction sector company requires Construction Supervisors with a minimum of 1 year of experience leading operational activities in civil construction and excavation projects for its workforce. · Location: Bogotá Salary: Current legal minimum wage + performance bonus of up to $500,000 + statutory benefits Contract type: Project-based or labor contract Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. · Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Construction Supervisor. Experience in civil construction, excavations, and field personnel management. Valid high-altitude work training certificate (mandatory). Ability to coordinate operational activities and meet project schedules. Preferably experience in infrastructure or metro construction projects. · Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate operational personnel activities on site. Execute and ensure compliance with civil construction and excavation activities.
