Job Summary: We are seeking Merchandisers or Merchandiser-Promoters to manage products at points of sale, advise on the product portfolio, and ensure brand visibility. Key Highlights: 1. Executing product display and replenishment according to brand guidelines JOIN OUR TEAM Adecco Colombia S.A., a leading company in comprehensive human talent solutions, is looking for Merchandisers or Merchandiser-Promoters with or without experience to work during the FIFA World Cup month. Candidates may be students with excellent commercial skills. Requirements: Minimum 3 months of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies (modern, traditional, or wholesale channels). Sales experience Excellent personal presentation Experience in: Price verification and analysis. Product management and rotation at the point of sale (POS). Main Responsibilities: Advising on the assigned product portfolio. Executing product display and replenishment according to brand guidelines. Ensuring proper product rotation at the point of sale. Securing adequate brand visibility and shelf space for our portfolio. Formalizing delivery of gifts and other promotional materials, as required for events or activations. Other duties inherent to the marketing area. Working Conditions: Base salary: $1750000 Transportation allowance: $250000 Extra-legal benefits for being part of the Adecco team All statutory benefits Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day; availability on Sundays for 2 Sundays per month.
