Job Objective Monitor, manage, and track technology and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring service availability, stability, and performance through incident handling, event analysis, and timely escalation to specialized teams. Responsibilities Monitor network infrastructure, links, servers, and critical services. Manage incidents and events following ITIL guidelines. Perform infrastructure availability, capacity, and performance analysis. Conduct initial diagnostics and escalate to resolution teams. Track and control tickets until closure. Generate operational reports, KPIs, and trend analyses. Execute post-change and post-maintenance validations. Ensure compliance with established SLAs/OLAs. Participate in operational continuity and problem management activities. Coordinate with network, security, telecommunications, systems teams, and vendors. Required Profile Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. Experience in technology infrastructure operation, monitoring, or support. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and telecommunications. Experience with monitoring and event management tools. Desirable experience in NOC centers or specialized support desks. Technical Knowledge Infrastructure and service monitoring. Incident, problem, and change management. Monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, or similar. Windows and Linux operating systems. Networking and telecommunications. ITIL and best operational practices.
