Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with physical stamina and commitment to work in waste management, performing loading, unloading, machinery operation, and area maintenance. Area maintenance and inventory recordkeeping A leading environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for easy access to the industrial zone; no company-provided transportation service available. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste materials. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record incoming and outgoing materials for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime pay + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is essential.
