




Job Summary: A professional who will provide support, execute technology deployments and operational audits at cash registers, monitor processes, and train staff. Key Highlights: 1. Staff training and support for internal control Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 support to stores regarding the operation of point-of-sale (POS) systems, PDAs, and associated systems. Execute deployments of new cash register technologies (including RFID), as well as testing and team training. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate updates and compliance with guidelines. Monitor bonuses, cards, and collection platforms (Back Office). Perform operational cash register audits (cash counts, procedures, documentation). Identify risks in cash register processes and track action plans. Prepare monthly management and results reports. Train staff on cash register processes, new technologies, and procedures. Support internal control processes, human resource management (disciplinary matters), and incident review (frauds, operational errors). Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in auditing, internal control, or related areas is desirable. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control, auditing, or cash/inventory operations management. Experience in financial inventory analysis, validation of adjustments, and shrinkage control. Experience in report generation and indicator tracking. Retail environment or regional-operation company experience is desirable. Knowledge: ERP system proficiency (preferably SAP, Oracle, or others). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis). Knowledge of auditing and internal control processes. Data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio) proficiency is desirable.
