Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Consultant specialized in OpenShift to lead the migration and modernization of critical components onto Red Hat OpenShift, ensuring secure and scalable operations. Implement DevSecOps best practices. \*Senior DevSecOps / OpenShift Consultant (.NET \& Azure DevOps)\* We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Consultant specialized in OpenShift to lead the migration and modernization of critical components onto an already-provisioned Red Hat OpenShift platform. The candidate will be responsible for transforming existing Docker Compose–based architectures into secure, automated, and scalable operations on OpenShift, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to DevSecOps best practices. Engagement Model Service Contract Work Mode: Remote Key Responsibilities Migration and Containerization Migrate Docker Compose–based architectures to native OpenShift/Kubernetes manifests. Administer and optimize workloads on Red Hat OpenShift. Design Deployments, Services, Routes, and Network Policies. Optimize Dockerfiles using Multi\-stage Build patterns for Linux/OpenShift environments. DevSecOps and Security Remediate technical debt related to secrets and certificates embedded in Docker images. Implement secure management via OpenShift Secrets and ConfigMaps. Configure RBAC and access controls in OpenShift. Manage authentication based on OAuth2, JWT, and TLS/SSL certificates. CI/CD Automation Design and automate multi\-repository pipelines in Azure DevOps Server. Implement GitFlow and/or Trunk\-Based Development strategies. Eliminate manual deployment processes through Continuous Delivery (CD). Observability Implement Liveness, Readiness, and Startup Probes. Centralize logs and telemetry using Grafana and Loki. Ensure pod stability and high availability. Required Technical Profile Mandatory Advanced experience with Red Hat OpenShift v4\.18 or later. Proficiency in Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes/OpenShift. Experience administering Azure DevOps Server: YAML Pipelines Repositories Artifacts CI/CD automation experience. Solid knowledge of: Modern .NET (.NET 8/10 preferred) REST microservice architectures RabbitMQ Proficiency in: RBAC in Kubernetes/OpenShift OAuth2 Client Credentials JWT TLS/SSL Experience working with Linux and enterprise-grade containers. Desirable Experience with Angular and React. Knowledge of Redis, MySQL, and Grafana Loki. Experience in financial or high-criticality environments. DevSecOps mindset and security automation expertise. Project Context \*The project involves the migration and integration of two critical technology streams:\* MVP Core \*Ecosystem based on .NET 10 connected to:\* MySQL RabbitMQ Redis Grafana Loki Microservices Ecosystem Distributed architecture composed of: 7 microservices .NET 10 backend Angular and React frontends Financial integrations with PROSA Event-driven messaging Expected Deliverables Validated OpenShift manifests and templates for 9 pods. Secure migration strategy for secrets and certificates. Automated Azure DevOps pipelines for Dev environments. Technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the internal team.
