Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Dynamics Developer to design, extend, and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O / Commerce solutions, ensuring stability and quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Dynamics Developer. We seek a candidate with solid experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions, results-oriented, analytically capable, and able to work effectively in a team. Role Purpose: Responsible for designing, extending, and maintaining the Dynamics 365 F&O / Commerce (Retail & POS) solution, ensuring stability, quality, performance, and functional alignment with Finance, SCM, and Retail/POS. Lead ALM practices in LCS/Azure DevOps, standardize deployments, and create reusable artifacts (extensions, services, ER, packages). Responsibilities: Development & Extensions (X++): Extend tables, classes, forms, and menus using extensions (not overlayering). Implement business logic, batch jobs, validations, and event handlers. Retail / D365 Commerce & POS: Extend CRT, Hardware Station, and POS (Commerce SDK, TypeScript/React for MPOS/CPOS). Configure Commerce Scale Unit (CSU), offline capabilities, payment methods, tax settings, and peripheral integrations. Data & Reporting: Model and expose Data Entities (DMF/DIXF), OData, and Query objects. Design SSRS reports and Electronic Reporting (ER) formats; support embedded Power BI. Integrations: Build custom services (SysOperation/JSON/XML), Business Events, Web APIs/OData. Orchestrate with Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions as applicable). Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. 35+ years developing on Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012 with migration to D365), strong command of X++ and Extensions. Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce / Retail & POS (CRT, POS SDK, Hardware Station, CSU). LCS and Azure DevOps: ALM, pipelines, deployables, version/hotfix management. Data Entities / DMF, OData, integrations (custom services/Business Events). SSRS and Electronic Reporting (ER); knowledge of models and formats. Operational administration of D365 environments (updates, Feature Management, monitoring, DB refresh). Minimum B2 English (technical reading/writing and sessions with vendors/partners).
