Job Summary: This role focuses on executing and optimizing operational planning, participating in process improvement, monitoring performance, and analyzing data to support decision-making. Participation in process improvement and performance monitoring **Job Description** ---------------------- Execute and optimize operational planning through data analysis and cross-departmental collaboration. Wave Planning: Execute planning waves to generate tasks for warehouse operations according to established standards. Process Optimization: Analyze and participate in best practices to enhance the performance of responsibilities associated with this position. Cooperation: Interact with different departments to ensure planning requirements are effectively met. Monitoring: Supervise the performance of planning waves. Data Analysis: Identify associated behaviors or patterns in order planning. Reporting: Report information needs requested by relevant departments. Tracking: Control dashboards in Power BI, among others. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and preferably WMOS, as well as data analysis tools. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in planning, logistics, or operations management. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Join our team and become part of Falabella’s transformation: 1\.
