Job Summary: Machine operator handling plastic bag sealers, adjusting parameters, controlling quality, recording production, and performing preventive maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert operation of high-speed or foot-operated bag sealing machinery. 2. Responsible for quality control and inspection of finished products. 3. Performing preventive maintenance and minor equipment adjustments. Machine Operation: Operate high-speed plastic bag sealers or foot-operated sealers, adjusting parameters such as temperature, sealing pressure, and sealing time according to material type (polypropylene, laminates, etc.). Setup and Assembly: Prepare machinery at the start of each shift, including changing dimensions (dies/jaws) for different bag specifications, ensuring materials (plastic rolls) match the production order. Quality Control: Inspect finished products throughout the shift to verify compliance with sealing standards, dimensions (length, width, gussets), printing, perforations, and strength; remove defective products. Production Recording: Complete daily production reports, quality control records, and occasionally OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) logs. Packaging and Labeling: Count, package, box, and label final products according to technical specifications. Preventive Maintenance: Perform machine cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments to ensure proper operation and extend service life.
