Part of Falabella's transformation **Job Description** ---------------------- Control and monitor the distribution center's operational processes through physical and systematic audits 1\. Ensure the picking process is carried out correctly by reviewing pallets, comparing actual merchandise against system-reported information 2\. Identify and resolve missing pallets, defining the final destination of the merchandise 3\. Ensure merchandise is stored in the locations recorded in the system, reporting any discrepancies found 4\. Verify that the quantity of products loaded onto F12 trucks matches the amount reported in the TIM (Internal Merchandise Transfer) 5\. Monitor compliance with Falabella-established processes for the distribution center, generating non-conformance reports 6\. Supervise additional processes occurring after storage, ensuring merchandise returns to its original location 7\. Support the Process Control Analyst in documenting and/or updating the distribution center's processes 8\. Report and manage overtime hours and attendance of supervised personnel 9\.
