Join a winning team that fosters creativity and innovation in a dynamic environment, where we are consistently committed to delivering results within an inclusive, diverse, and high-performance culture. **Purpose** Design and implement the applications defined by Technology to deliver value to the business and achieve compliance with the indicators defined by Management. **Accountabilities** * Implement and design applications following the application development process defined to meet the indicators established by Management. * Follow architecture guidelines during application development to maintain consistency across deliverables. * Apply best practices defined for software development teams to produce applications that meet the needs of the Vice Presidency. * Identify opportunities for integration and reuse of software components to minimize development time. * Participate in and complete the software development team’s training programs to build technical skills enabling efficient delivery of business value. **Education / Experience / Other relevant requirements*** Professional degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * Experience with Java (8+) — Spring Boot, React and/or Angular, JavaScript, and Microservices (SOAP or REST). * 5+ years leading initiatives involving more than one technical team. * Support meetings and technical or business decision-making together with Product (P.O.). * Assign tasks to the team and follow up, assigning responsibility. * Experience resolving conflicts arising from tension among team members or between different teams. (Situation, Actions, Results?) * Has submitted at least one improvement proposal for the overall area or project. * Delivers talks and technical workshops to various teams within the area. * Has participated in time estimation for a project. * Shares with other technical leaders improvement tactics proven effective within their own team. * Reading: Clean Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of work experience. * Familiarity with different architectural styles. * Prepares Technical Documentation. * Can identify deadlocks and livelocks. * Knowledge of design patterns (creational, structural, behavioral, concurrency). * English level B2.
