Aesthetic sense aligned with commercial judgment and responsibility A fashion designer with proven experience in operating the Optitex software is required. **Requirements:** * Garment design experience (preferably in men's or casual fashion). * Advanced proficiency in Optitex (mandatory). * Knowledge of pattern making, grading, and technical specifications. * Aesthetic sense aligned with current trends, yet guided by commercial judgment. * Responsibility and adherence to delivery deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Collection development. * Creation of digital patterns. * Garment fitting adjustments and corrections. * Support in production processes. Education: * Completed specialization (desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
