Academic Qualifications: Technical degree in gastronomy, baking, or pastry (graduated or currently studying). · Job Mission: Support the lead baker to ensure completion of assigned preparations and requests within the bakery area. · Professional Competencies: Teamwork, proactivity, commitment, and responsibility. Responsibilities: - Assist the lead baker in daily activities within the department. - Prepare cake batters. - Make coatings for bakery products. - Prepare desserts according to established instructions. - Produce confectionery items. Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract.
