Academic qualification: Technician in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields. Job Requirements: Technical training in culinary arts or gastronomy. Knowledge of hot and cold cuisine. Mise en place management. Job Mission: Execute standard recipes, perform mise en place, and carry out production processes, ensuring food quality and compliance with the company's defined guidelines. Responsibilities: Perform mise en place during opening and closing shifts. Ensure cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work areas. Monitor product rotation and proper labeling. Issue alerts regarding shortages and raw material stock status. Ensure excellent customer service. · Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract type: Project-based or task-based. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday with a compensatory day off.
