Job Summary: We are seeking a junior operations coordinator to lead, manage, and plan activities at plants, coordinate resources, and supervise processes and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leads, manages, and plans process activities at plants. 2. Coordinates physical and human resources for water treatment plants. 3. Conducts customer follow-ups and technical visits. We are currently hiring a junior operations coordinator. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, manage, plan, and guide all process-related activities at plants. Assign and coordinate both physical and human resources to ensure the proper operation of water treatment plants and/or equipment and/or treatment units under your responsibility. Develop planning, monitoring, and control of customers assigned to you. Conduct and document technical visits according to established parameters. Perform follow-up visits and technical meetings with customers. Monitor the execution of budgets for assigned operations. Ensure operators and assistants execute operational and process control procedures in accordance with agreed requirements, as well as compliance with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental protection standards stipulated by the SIG. Support plant start-ups by verifying that systems function correctly. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Chemical, Environmental, Sanitary Engineer or related field.
