We are looking for a Technical Advisor to work with our brand \[Pintuco]. \#LI\-SM2 **Job Mission:** The Technical Advisor provides customers with comprehensive technical support, offering technical assistance in product recommendation and specification, project follow-up, and training on products and applications — thereby contributing to correct application of our products, maximizing their performance, and reducing related claims. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for defining the technical training plan for customers, distributor partners, contractors, and painting professionals within the assigned territory. Supports claim management, including definition and resolution, for customers, distributor partners, contractors, and painting professionals within the assigned territory. Provides technical assistance in product preparation and application to contractors, construction companies, distributor partners, and painting professionals. Responsible for defining optimal coating systems based on customer needs and project expectations. **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in paint and construction product sales, or 1–2 years of experience as a site supervisor. **Location:** Medellín, Colombia We want to get to know you — apply today.
