The selected candidate will support administrative processes, document management, employee wellness, and personnel administration, actively participating in initiatives that contribute to the employee experience and achievement of departmental objectives. Responsibilities * Physically and digitally organize and manage resumes and employee documentation in the ATS system. * Update and maintain employee personnel files. * Digitize documents and upload information to the company’s internal platforms. * Archive and record disciplinary processes, ensuring proper document traceability. * Register labor and disciplinary documentation in **EvoNation**. * Provide logistical support for employee wellness activities and initiatives. * Support internal communications related to programs and activities for employees. * Manage affiliations and assist in reporting payroll updates and deductions. * Process affiliations of primary members and beneficiaries to **Comfama**, as well as update information and manage de-affiliations when necessary. * Assist in preparing disciplinary documents, summonses, and discharge statements according to established formats and procedures. **Requirements** * Be enrolled in the **Human Talent Management program or related fields**, and hold approval to undertake the productive stage via a **SENA Apprenticeship Contract**. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Responsible and confidential handling of information. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Proactive attitude, service orientation, and willingness to learn. **Additional Information** This position is **100% on-site**, based at our main office located in **Rivana Business Park**.
