Join the Core Performance Team at DiDi and be at the heart of our user lifecycle experience. Our team drives user acquisition, engagement and retention by delivering innovative solutions. In this role, you'll analyze user insights, turning those into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate is data\-driven, skilled in priotization and oriented to detail.
Role Responsibilities:
* Running and assuring that all strategies are correctly setup in DiDi systems
* Design and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to follow up strategy and user performance
* Conduct in\-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
* Monitor and optimize KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align strategies and ensure data\-backed decision\-making.
Role Qualifications:
* Intermediate knowledge in SQL or at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and visualization.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced excel and google sheets
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Excellent problem\-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
