JOB REQUIREMENTS Formal Education: Educational level: Technician or graduate in commercial fields, systems engineering, marketing, information systems, or related disciplines. Non-formal Education: Courses or training in consultative selling, negotiation, customer service, commercial management, or printing technology solutions, technical maintenance, and technical support for technological equipment.
