Works closely with team members from all departments to ensure standards are met. Direct supervisor of the front desk during the night shift. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and requests, then adding recommendations and personal touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies. **What you will do** * Manages front desk operations during the night shift. * Ensures communication and follow-up with the day shift regarding any issues, guest requests, or special requirements. * Conducts frequent walkthroughs of the hotel and supervises activities across all other departments. * Oversees their activities to ensure standards are maintained, staff are supported, and guest needs are met. * Personally handles all guest room relocations according to established guidelines. * Resolves guest complaints from all areas of the hotel, managing all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. * Reviews late arrivals, early arrivals for the following day, and departures to plan next day activities. * Coordinates arrivals, departures, and billing requirements. * Ensures all financial and credit procedures are followed. * Takes initiative on all matters related to safety, satisfaction, well-being, and welfare of hotel guests and employees without requiring specific direction.
