Job Summary: A leading environmental and logistics services company is seeking Logistics Assistants with strong physical stamina and commitment to material handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform segregation, classification, preparation, and separation of materials. 2. Operate equipment, including forklifts and mini-loaders, if trained. 3. Clean equipment and prepare materials. A leading environmental and logistics services company requires Logistics Assistants for its workforce. We seek personnel with strong physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and handle materials. Responsibilities: Perform segregation, classification, preparation, and separation of materials Start up and shut down equipment Feed conveyor belts with materials suitable for the process Prepare materials for dispatch to managers Clean equipment Compact shredded materials Operate forklifts and/or mini-loaders (only if trained and competent to do so) Experience: At least 6 months performing equipment cleaning, material preparation, and warehouse organization Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory benefits + Overtime pay Work schedule: Two shift types — rotating 8-hour shifts from Sunday to Sunday with one day off per week (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aux
