Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services and Maintenance Assistant to ensure cleanliness, order, and presentation of the facilities, creating a pleasant and safe environment. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a General Services and Maintenance Assistant responsible for ensuring proper cleaning, order, and presentation of the facilities, contributing to a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. Main Responsibilities: Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks in offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces. Maintain company facilities in optimal condition regarding order and cleanliness. Ensure proper presentation, cleaning, and display of products in the warehouse. Keep restrooms and sinks fully stocked and in perfect hygienic condition. Classify and dispose of waste appropriately according to established policies. Clean furniture, fixtures, windows, curtains, and other facility elements. Provide cafeteria service and logistical support for meetings when required. Monitor and promptly report replenishment needs for cleaning and cafeteria supplies. Ensure the proper condition of assigned tools and equipment used to perform duties. Requirements: High school diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to general services, cleaning, and basic facility maintenance. Prior experience in cleaning companies or providing corporate cleaning services is mandatory. Knowledge of cleaning supplies handling, institutional cleaning, and waste classification.
