Job Summary: We are seeking Field Sales Representatives or TAT Commercial Advisors to visit assigned routes, present our product portfolio, and achieve sales targets in a challenging environment with growth opportunities. Responsibilities: Conduct visits along the assigned route. Present the product portfolio. Plan and achieve the established sales quotas for customers within your territory. Academic Qualification: High school diploma completed Experience: At least 12 months of experience in TAT sales, field sales, and achievement of commercial performance indicators. SALARY: $1.750.905 + variable bonus of $1.963.000 paid upon achievement of performance indicators, guaranteed for the first month + statutory transportation allowance of $249.095 + additional mobility allowance based on the mileage of your zone + excellence bonus of $140.000 AVERAGE SALARY: $4.000.000 Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, including holidays, from 6:00 a.m. until completion of the route. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
