We seek a woman who is committed, responsible, passionate about her profession, and aligned with quality service, hair care, and personalized, professional attention to each client. The selected candidate will deliver hair coloring and hairdressing services with excellence, contribute positively to the salon’s atmosphere, and actively participate in the brand’s growth. \- TERMS Engagement Type: Service provision Compensation: Percentage of net profit: 50% when performing services independently Stable and long-term project Work in an established salon with consistent client flow Professional growth opportunity \- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform hair coloring and hairdressing services Execute color designs with technical expertise and hair care awareness Deliver a professional and personalized experience to each client Adhere to the salon’s quality protocols and standards Responsible use of products and tools \- REQUIREMENTS Female, aged 24–37 Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional stylist Excellent personal presentation Technical proficiency in hair coloring Professional, responsible, and ethical attitude Excellent interpersonal skills and charisma with clients Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively \- LOCATION Medellín – Laureles Calle 37 No. 80AA\-11, second floor Employment Type: Full-time Application Questions: * Where did you obtain your hairstyling technician degree or training?
