Job Summary: This role provides assistance in implementing new technology projects, ensuring operational continuity of the data center by supporting network and telecommunications infrastructure. Ensure continuity of data center operations by maintaining and supporting network and telecommunications infrastructure to enable proper functioning of systems, applications, and user services. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate English (desirable). * Certifications such as CCNA, CCIE, or other Cisco certifications (desirable). * More than 3 years of experience in implementation and support of complex networks. * Experience coordinating vendors for implementation of networking, communications, and telephony solutions. **Competencies:** * Experience implementing Cisco data center network services (Cisco ACI). * Experience implementing and administering Cisco Nexus and Cisco Catalyst LAN switches. * Experience implementing and administering wireless networks (Cisco Access Points). * Experience administering communication technologies such as SD\-WAN, Proxy, Load Balancers, and Firewalls. * Experience implementing and administering Axis video cameras. * Understanding and support of traditional and IP telephony equipment. * Project management. * Ability to lead activities and work collaboratively in a team. * Basic knowledge of servers and VMware virtualization. * Advanced knowledge of network protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, Routing (EIGRP, BGP), LAN Switching, VPN, SD\-WAN, and VoIP. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences—from highly technical staff to end users and senior executives. * Planning and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution toward results. **Role Responsibilities:** * Design, administer, implement, and maintain corporate LAN and WAN systems. * Install and configure network hardware, including routers, switches, WAPs, firewalls, and other communication devices. * Research, evaluate, and recommend networking products and services. * Administer and provide support for Checkpoint firewall systems. * Plan, document, and execute improvements to existing LAN/WAN systems. * Plan, document, and monitor fiber-optic cabling and communications network implementations. * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to networks, communication links, telephony, and unified communications. * Monitor security, availability, and performance of network systems and end-user services. * Establish and maintain KPIs, monitoring, and metrics to measure and improve network service performance. * Provide support for implementation of new technologies, ensuring alignment with corporate IT strategies and standards. * Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure effective delivery of networking and telecommunications products and services. * Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve incidents and ensure operational continuity. * Efficiently manage area assets and resources to meet objectives within scheduled timelines and allocated budgets. * Provide support for video surveillance systems and security cameras. * Establish preventive and corrective maintenance actions for network and communications infrastructure. * Ensure business continuity by executing the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) when required. * Ensure compliance with Tenaris management policies, procedures, standards, and applicable regulations within the area of responsibility. * Availability to respond to incidents both inside and outside regular office hours, as well as to travel as required by company needs.
