Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement processes, inventory, and supplier negotiations in the gastronomy sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and execute the procurement process for business group locations 2. Coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines and commercial terms 3. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to optimize stock A reputable company in the gastronomy sector is looking for a professional with a degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields, and at least 2 years of experience in budget planning and management, negotiation, and inventory control. Responsibilities: Manage and execute the procurement process for all business group locations Prepare and issue purchase orders Coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines, commercial terms, and product quality Receive, review, and organize supplier invoices Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to prevent overstock or stockouts Quotation Comparison Chart Management Indicator Tracking (Suggested KPIs) Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the gastronomy sector Experience in procurement and inventory management Conditions: Salary: $2,400,000 + benefits Schedule: Monday to Saturday Contract: Indefinite-term Immediate availability. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Keywords: leader, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, shopping, purchases, orders, acquisition, procurement
