You will support the company’s operational and technical activities by participating in practical and formative learning processes under the supervision of responsible personnel, with the goal of developing technical, operational, and safety competencies within OTIS’s workplace context. **On a typical day, you will:** * Support tasks assigned by the technical team or supervisor. * Participate in practical learning processes related to your training program. * Assist in operational tasks in a controlled and supervised manner. * Follow company instructions and guidelines. * Support the organization and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas. * Attend trainings, onboarding sessions, and occupational safety and health talks. * Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or occurrences during your shift. * Comply generally with the requirements of the ISO Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, and Environment). **What You’ll Need to Succeed!** **Education:** Currently enrolled student in a technical program (preferably SENA or another accredited institution). Programs aligned with technical, industrial, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or similar fields.
